March – Rock ‘n’ Roll Washington DC Marathon: 3 hours 46 minutes and 47 seconds (first marathon, finished in the top 20% of runners overall)

April – Boomer’s Cystic Fibrosis Run to Breathe (4 miles): 28 minutes and 12 seconds (finished in the top 8% of runners overall)

April – NYRR Run as One (4 miles): 30 minutes and 53 seconds

April – UAE Healthy Kidney 10K: 1 hour 16 minutes and 10 seconds (pacer)

May – Japan Day 4 miler: 46 minutes and 42 seconds (pacer)

June – Italy Run by Ferrero (5 miles): 33 minutes and 50 seconds (finished in the top 3% of runners overall and in the top 9% in age group)

June – NYRR Queens 10K: 51 minutes and 58 seconds (sprained foot in the middle of the race, finished in the top 30% of runners overall)

June – Front Runners New York LGBT Pride Run (5 miles): 52 minutes and 51 seconds (ran with a sprained foot)

June – Achilles Hope & Possibility (4 miles): 48 minutes and 48 seconds  (ran with a sprained foot)

July – NYRR R-U-N 5K: 25 minutes and 26 seconds (ran with a sprained foot)

October – Cape Cod Clam Chowda Challenge: 6 hours 6 minutes and 47 seconds (1:53:25 Half Marathon and 4:13:21 Marathon) (one of 62 participants to complete the challenge – 39.3 miles in two days)

2019

March – Hampton Half Marathon: 1 hour 40 minutes and 30 seconds (finished 34th in age group and 119th overall)

May – DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon: 4 hours 1 minute and 44 seconds

June – The North Face Endurance Challenge: Massachusetts (Marathon 50 K): 8 hours 34 minutes and 28 seconds (first ultramarathon)

September – Rock ‘n’ Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon: 1 hour 38 minutes and 56 seconds (finished 12th in age group, in the top 4% of male runners, and in the top 2% of runners overall)

November – TCS New York City Marathon: 3 hours 29 minutes and 53 seconds (finished in the top 11% of runners, in the top 16% of male runners, and in the top 20% in age group)

November – JFK 50 – 9 hours 8 minutes and 30 seconds (first 50 mile race, finished in the top 16% of runners, in the top 23% of male runners, and in the top 28% in age group)
